Color Description: RAL 6005

The standard name for RAL 6005 in the RAL Classic color chart is Moss Green (German: Moosgrün). It belongs to the dark green family, with color coordinates RGB (17, 66, 50) and a corresponding hexadecimal color value of #114232. This color appears subdued and non-glaring, blending well with natural environments, landscaping, and agricultural structures. It is commonly used on roofs, fences, warehouses, greenhouses, and livestock sheds.

It should be noted that for the same RAL 6005, there may be slight variations in lightness across different coating systems (such as polyester, highly weather-resistant polyester, and PVDF) and between different production batches. Before placing an order, we will provide color charts or swatches for confirmation and arrange production in accordance with the mutually agreed-upon color difference tolerance (ΔE) to minimize noticeable color variations between batches.

Sheets

• Flat Sheets: Cut to fixed lengths with clean edges, suitable for direct blanking, bending, and applications such as sandwich panel facings and equipment enclosures.
• Corrugated Sheets: Flat sheets rolled to form corrugations or trapezoidal ribs, enhancing panel rigidity; primarily used as roofing and wall panels. Common rib profiles include 840, 900, 950, etc.

Strips

Narrow strips, typically of smaller width, are slit from PPGI steel coils. They are primarily used for components such as edge trims, flashings, cable trays, and brackets. They offer high material utilization and have clean, straight edges.
