• Corrosion-resistant, particularly resistant to rust reoccurrence at cut edges. The coating is an aluminum-zinc alloy, with aluminum accounting for 55%. Therefore, at the points where the sheet is cut, folded, or punched, a natural oxide film forms on the cut edges to prevent rust from spreading.
• Machinable; does not become brittle or crack. At 0.6 mm thick, this material is not so thin that it breaks with a single bend; it can be used for profiled roofing, bending, punching, and shearing, and the paint coating will not peel off even when the material deforms.
• The load-bearing capacity and rigidity of 0.6 mm-thick sheets are sufficient for roofing and wall panels. They are lighter than thicker sheets, making transportation and hoisting easier, and they are priced in the mid-range.

• The primary use of this sheet is in the manufacture of metal sandwich panels. The 0.6mm thickness is commonly used for face sheets or core panels, as it ensures a flat surface without making the entire panel too heavy. It is used in cold storage panels, cleanroom panels, and roofing panels.
• It is also used in color-coated steel sheets and roofing systems. When formed into corrugated sheets, it serves as roofing and wall cladding for factories, warehouses, and agricultural buildings; PPGL sheets are particularly well-suited for outdoor use.
• They are also commonly used for exterior wall cladding and partitions. For prefabricated houses, construction fencing, and temporary structures, 0.6mm color-coated steel sheets offer a fast, cost-effective solution that is easy to assemble and disassemble.
