Why Do Sandwich Panel Manufacturers Use PPGI

• PPGI offers excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance: Since metal sandwich panels are exposed to outdoor environments for extended periods, they require strong weather resistance and corrosion resistance. PPGI combines a paint coating (for weather resistance) with a zinc layer (for corrosion resistance), meeting these requirements.
• Cost-effective: As a sandwich panel facing material, PPGI coil is 4–6 times cheaper than color-coated aluminum while offering comparable performance. With a variety of coatings to choose from, PPGI strikes a balance between performance and cost.

We operate a production line for color-coated steel coils and manufacture both pre-painted galvanized steel coils (PPGI) and pre-painted galvalume steel coils (PPGL). Both types are compatible with standard sandwich panel production lines; the differences lie in their corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and end-use applications. • Production Lines: Continuous color-coating line—degreasing → chemical treatment → primer curing → topcoat → curing → cooling → coiling.

Commercial Terms

• Lead Time: 7–30 business days, primarily determined by the specifications and quantity ordered by the customer.
• Payment: T/T, 30% deposit, balance payable upon receipt of a copy of the bill of lading.
• Trade Terms: EXW (Ex Works), FOB Qingdao, CIF (Port of Destination), and CFR are all available.
• Container Loading: 20′ GP ~24 metric tons, 40′ HQ ~26 metric tons; bulk cargo ≥100 metric tons.
• Samples: A4 paper size; a fee is required, which will be credited toward the order cost or refunded to you at a later date.
