This galvanizing unit adopts Sendzimir production process. After pickling or cold rolling, the steel coil is cleaned and dried first. After annealing and reduction, it will be the hot-dip galvanizing process. The thickness of the zinc coating is controlled by an air knife. After cooling, the steel coil passes through a tempering machine and a tension leveler to improve the surface quality. Through post-treatment, such as passivation, anti-fingerprint treatment, or oiling treatment,  galvanized steel coil is ready to pack up for sale.
