(1) Indoor, dry environments: Choose a thinner zinc coating, such as 60g/m² or 40g/m².
(2) Outdoor or humid environments: Choose a thicker zinc coating, 80g/m² or higher.
(3) If subsequent painting is required: We recommend a spangle-free or mini-spangle surface for better adhesion.
(4) For deep drawing: Ensure the material’s ductility meets the required requirements.
