DX51D, DX52D, DX53D, and DX54D are all galvanized steel sheets for cold forming. Their main difference lies in their different mechanical properties, which leads to different uses.

  • DX51D: The yield strength is not clearly specified, the tensile strength is 270-500MPa, and the minimum elongation after fracture is 22%. It belongs to the ordinary commodity level and is one of the most commonly used galvanized steel sheets with certain strength and corrosion resistance.
  • DX52D: The yield strength is 140-300MPa, the tensile strength is 270-420MPa, and the minimum elongation after fracture is 26%. Compared with DX51D, it has lower strength but better ductility. It belongs to stamping grade steel and can be used for some simple stamping processes.
  • DX53D: The yield strength is 140-260MPa, the tensile strength is 270-380MPa, and the minimum elongation after fracture is 30%. It has good ductility and formability, and is mainly used to manufacture deep stamping parts.
  • DX54D: Yield strength is 120- 220MPa, tensile strength is 260-350MPa, minimum elongation after fracture is 36%, minimum r90 value is 1.6, and minimum n90 value is 0.18. Its strength is relatively low, but its plasticity and toughness are very good, and it has excellent deep drawing performance and anti-strain aging performance.

  • Effect: Directly achieves complex decorative finishes like wood grain, stone texture, solid colors (glossy/matte), plus features such as fingerprint resistance, scratch resistance, and antibacterial properties.
