What Is Galvalume Coils?

Precautions For The Use Of Galvalume Steel

1. Use aluminum-plated zinc steel plate with caution under the conditions of an alkaline medium (strong alkaline introduction and aluminum medium are prone to chemical reaction)

2. The roof of the aluminum-plated zinc steel plate building should have a certain slope, which is conducive to drainage and avoiding worsening corrosion (the slope is not less than 10 degrees).

3. Avoid direct contact with warm cement and wet wood, lead, copper, and graphite.

4. Cutting plates should be used as much as possible to avoid cutting on the site. Expose the incision to air.

5. Processing and stacking should be prevented by moisture and high temperature caused by the fingerprint-resistant surface film black.

6. Aluminum-plated zinc steel plate used for foaming bonding should be tested in small batches when it is used for the first time to prevent poor bonding performance.

7. It is not recommended to use alcohol-based solvents to wipe and clean the surface. If necessary, please conduct a sample test first to avoid damage to the surface coating.
