Wanzhi Steel has successfully explored the Maltese market. 601 tons of wood grain aluminum coil arrived at the port of Malta 43 days after shipment.

Client Background

Malta is an island country in the Mediterranean region with a rich cultural heritage and a rapidly developing construction industry. In recent years, Malta’s demand for building decoration materials has been increasing, especially for products that are both aesthetically pleasing and practical. The client is from a local construction company for high-end residential and commercial facade decoration. The contract for 601 tons was signed once both parties confirmed the product specification, price (CIF price), and delivery time, and the customer requested to send it out in 3 shipments.

Material: high quality aluminum alloy base material, the surface is treated with wood grain transfer, with realistic wood grain effect.
Size: width is 1220mm, thickness is 0.5mm, length of each roll is 200 meters.
Surface treatment: Fluorocarbon coating with excellent weathering, UV, and corrosion resistance, suitable for Malta’s Mediterranean climate.
Packing: Each aluminum roll is wrapped with waterproof paper, fixed with steel tape on the outside, and packed in wooden crates.

The annealing furnace of the line adopts full radiation tube heating type, the furnace type is a horizontal furnace, and the zinc pot is heated by a ceramic induction body.
