1. Substrate preparation: Select 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel plate AZ150, clean and degrease (alkaline cleaning → pickling → water washing → drying)
2. Chemical pretreatment: chromization treatment/chromium-free passivation, surface activation.
3. Primer coating: roller coating epoxy resin primer (5-8μm), infrared drying (PMT 224-232℃).
4. Topcoat coating: double coating and double baking process, first layer: polyester/PVDF topcoat, second layer: protective varnish (5-10μm)
5. Curing and molding: high temperature baking, rapid cooling, air cooling + water quenching.
