The Leaning Tower UV aging test chamber is used for non-metallic materials and organic materials (such as coatings, paints, rubber, plastics, and their products) to test the degree of aging of relevant products and materials under the change of climatic conditions such as sunlight, temperature, humidity, condensation, etc.
The bending machine is used to test the flexity-T performance of the color steel plate and aluminum plate. The T-bend test is to observe the cracking or falling off of the coating on the curved surface by bending the sample 180° around itself and determining the minimum thickness multiple value of the sample that does not crack or fall off the coating.
The double-arm tensile testing machine is used to carry out the static load, tensile, compression, bending, shearing, stripping, and other mechanical properties of the material with the mechanical testing machine.
The galvanizing layer thickness tester adopts two thickness measurement methods: magnetic and eddy current, which can nondestructively measure the thickness of the non-magnetic coating (such as copper, aluminum, chromium, enamel, rubber, paint, etc.) on magnetic metal matrix (such as iron, alloy and hard magnetic steel, etc.) and the thickness of the non-conductive coating (such as enamel, rubber, paint, plastic, etc.) on non-magnetic metal matrix (such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, etc.)
