• RAL 9003 PPGI Coil: Uses galvanized steel coil as the substrate, offering strong corrosion resistance, rich colors, and high decorative appeal.
• RAL 9003 PPGL Coil: Uses GL steel coil as the substrate, providing even stronger corrosion resistance than PPGI Coil and excellent high-temperature performance.
• Laminated Pure White Film Steel Coil: This product is made by laminating a colored film (such as RAL 9003) onto a metal coil. It offers strong color consistency, wear and scratch resistance, and better corrosion resistance than PPGI and PPGL.

What Textured Surfaces Can We Offer?

• Glossy Surface: Highly reflective and bright, low cost, and easy to clean.
• Matte Surface: Low gloss, visually softer, and less prone to fingerprints.

Many factors influence the price of RAL 9003 color-coated steel, such as specifications, quantity, coating, paint type, and production process. Assuming all other factors are equal, let’s compare the impact of one factor on the price of RAL 9003 color-coated steel:

• Thinner sheets are more expensive than thicker sheets; for example, 0.4mm sheets are cheaper than 0.5mm sheets.
• Sheets are more expensive than coils because they are processed from coils, adding an extra step.
• Different types of paint (PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF) have different prices; PVDF is the most expensive and also the most weather-resistant. The ranking of the paint also affects the price.
• Standard widths, such as 1000mm, 1200mm, and 1250mm, are cheaper than 900mm, 750mm, and 370mm widths.This is because one type produces waste material, and the other requires slitting with a cutting machine.

Other easily understood factors include a thicker zinc coating, resulting in a higher price; and larger quantities, leading to lower prices.
