What is The Purpose Of Galvanizing?

1. PE Pre-painted Galvanized Coils

PE polyester color coated board has good adhesion, rich color, a wide range of formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, and low cost. 2. HDP Color Coated Coils

HDP high weather resistance color coated coils have excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and powder resistance, film coating adhesion, rich color, and excellent cost performance. High weather resistance HDP pressure type color coating roll is the most suitable environment for bad weather environments, such as plateaus and other UV-strong areas, we will recommend the use of HDP high weather resistance pressure type color coating roll

3. SMP PPGI Coils

SMP silicon polyester color coating board coating film has good hardness, wear resistance, and heat resistance; As well as good external durability and powder resistance, gloss retention, general flexibility, and medium cost. SMP silicon modified polyester press type color coating roll is the most suitable for the use of high-temperature plants, such as steel mills and other indoor temperature environments is generally recommended to use SMP silicon to polyester press type color coated coil

4. PVDF Pre-painted Galvanized Coils

PVDF fluorocarbon color coating board has excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and powder resistance, excellent solvent resistance, good formability, dirty resistance, limited color, and high cost. Service Life of PPGI Coils
