Our production base is equipped with specialized, complete production lines capable of meeting diverse customer requirements for various product forms. These lines include PPGI coil production lines, PPGI flat sheet production lines, PPGI corrugated sheet production lines, and PPGI strip production lines.

1. PPGI Coil Production Line

We operate two PPGI coil production lines, our core manufacturing facilities, capable of producing high-quality color-coated steel coils up to 1250mm in width and 0.12mm to 1.5mm in thickness. Products are delivered in coil form, ideal for large-scale projects and bulk purchases by traders, facilitating subsequent continuous processing by customers.

2. PPGI Flat Sheet Production Workshop

The flat sheet production workshop is equipped with four automated leveling and shearing lines capable of slitting or cutting PPGI coils into flat sheets according to customer-specified lengths and widths. This includes standard sheet sizes such as 600×1200mm, 1000×2000mm, 1219×2438mm (4ft x 8ft), and other standard dimensions. These panels feature precise dimensions and clean cut edges, ready for direct use in building cladding, appliance housings, and similar applications.

3. PPGI Corrugated Sheet Production Line

Features hundreds of advanced roll forming units capable of directly converting PPGI coils into various corrugated sheet profiles, including 820, 840, 900, and other specifications. Also produces the Russia-specific 80-type corrugated sheet, primarily used for roofing and walling in large factories, warehouses, agricultural greenhouses, and similar structures.

4. PPGI Strip Production Line

Equipped with two dedicated slitting lines, this facility can cut wide coils into narrow strips (as narrow as 20mm) with clean edges and no burrs. This meets the specific requirements of industries such as electronics, electrical appliances, packaging steel strips, decorative strips, and hardware fittings.
