Manufacturing process
Substrate preparation: Strictly select high-quality hot-dip galvanized coils (Z30-Z275) or galvanized aluminum coils (AZ30-AZ150) as substrates.
Pretreatment: Chemical pretreatment, alkali washing → phosphating → chromium-free passivation, convenient for paint adhesion.
Color coating: Primer: Epoxy paint (5-8μm), for bonding. Topcoat: PVDF (25-30μm) or polyester (20-25μm), green. Paint type is optional.
Corrugation: Automatic roll forming machine presses the sheet into the corrugated shape required by the customer.
Quality control: Salt spray test, color fastness test, T-bending test, weather resistance test, impact resistance test.
Packaging: Plastic film wraps the inside, waterproof kraft paper wraps the middle, an iron sheet covers the outermost, and 6 steel belts are tied.

Four common paints
PE (polyester paint): basic paint, the most cost-effective, average weather resistance (5-8 years), easy to powder and fade, soft paint film, good processing performance, medium color retention, suitable for indoor and mild climate areas.
SMP (silicon modified polyester paint): an upgraded version of PE, adding silicone, significantly improved weather resistance (10-15 years), UV resistance is better than PE, increased by about 50%, suitable for medium corrosion environment.
HDP (high durability polyester paint): excellent weather resistance (12-20 years), outstanding scratch resistance, better color stability than ordinary PE, balanced cost performance. Used in high-end buildings and commercial.
PVDF (fluorocarbon paint): contains more than 70% fluorocarbon resin, super weather resistance (20-30 years), excellent chemical corrosion resistance, self-cleaning, not easy to accumulate dust, pollution resistance, acid rain resistance.
