Galvanized Steel Roof Production Process

1. Raw material preparation: Select high-quality cold-rolled steel coils (SPCC, DX51D, DX52D) as substrates.
2. Cleaning treatment: Alkaline degreasing to remove surface oil, pickling (hydrochloric acid) to remove iron oxide, water washing, and drying to ensure surface cleanliness.
3. Hot-dip galvanizing: Immerse the steel plate in 450°C molten zinc liquid (zinc purity ≥99.995%), use an air knife to control the thickness of the zinc layer, and naturally cool to form a zinc-iron alloy layer.
4. Post-treatment: Passivation treatment (chromate/chromium-free) to enhance rust resistance, oiling to prevent scratches during transportation; this step can be implemented according to customer requirements.
5. Corrugation forming: Press into a wave shape (common wave height 25-40mm) through a roller press unit, and cut into standard lengths of roof panels (2-12 meters).
6. Quality inspection: zinc layer thickness measurement, surface finish inspection, mechanical properties test (hardness, bending).
7. Packaging and shipment: anti-rust paper wrapping + steel strapping, pallet fixing to prevent deformation during transportation.
