Production Process

• Metal substrate is uncoiled and leveled, followed by degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment.
• Primer is applied and cured in a baking oven.
• Topcoat is applied over the primer and cured again at high temperature.
• Using precision printing units, patterns are uniformly transferred onto the primer layer via roller coating. Finally, a transparent clear coat is applied and cured.
• After cooling and surface quality inspection, the finished product is rewound.

Note: Printed coil patterns can be single-sided or double-sided. Confirm whether single- or double-sided printing is required before communicating with suppliers. Double-sided printing is more expensive.
