Project Execution Process

We performed precise color matching and proofing based on the color palette provided by the client to ensure color accuracy for small custom orders. During production, we strictly controlled coating thickness and color variation to ensure high quality even for small orders.

Economical Reinforced Packaging

To address the bumpy inland transportation conditions, we utilize an economical and sturdy packaging solution: an inner layer of rust-proof paper and an outer layer of high-strength steel strapping wrapped with waterproof stretch film, ensuring long-distance transport without deformation or moisture.

Route Logistics

1. First Leg (Sea Transport): Ships from Tianjin Port to Aktau Port in Kazakhstan.
2. Second Leg (Rail Transport): Transfers at Aktau Port and then transports by rail to Horgos Port on the China-Kazakhstan border.
3. Third Leg (Truck Transport): After customs clearance at Horgos Port, the goods are transferred to the client’s designated warehouse in Turkmenistan by a partner Kazakh truck.

Customs Coordination

We handle export customs clearance in China and import transshipment customs clearance in Kazakhstan. We provide clients with all necessary documents, including certificates of origin and packing lists, ensuring smooth transit through third-country ports.
