On December 24th, 162 tons of matte PPGI coils (wrinkle surface) were shipped to Georgia from Wanzhi PPGI factory. Our clients ordered PPGI coils in 4 different colors. And these coils are shipped in 6 containers. This is our first time entering the Georgian market and collaborating with a client there. Matte Surface (Wrinkle Surface)
A Georgian building materials manufacturer was looking to purchase color-coated steel coil for a warehouse and logistics park project in the country. The client sent us samples, and we confirmed our ability to produce to their specifications. The client ultimately ordered four colors with a textured finish.

Our workshop staff immediately began production upon receiving the order, conducting meetings based on the client’s confirmed technical standards to ensure consistent color and coating. The quality control team monitors the production line in real time, spot-checking each roll for coating thickness, color variation, and adhesion to ensure it meets export standards.
To prevent moisture and rust during ocean transportation, we use quadruple protective packaging: an inner layer of rust-proof paper, an outer layer of waterproof film, and steel straps secured to a sturdy bracket to ensure the rolls remain secure within the container.

We pre-booked six 40-foot high-cube (HQ) containers and coordinated a fleet for factory loading and inland transportation.
The customs clearance team prepared all necessary documents (including certificates of origin, packing lists, commercial invoices, and quality certificates) to ensure fast, one-stop customs clearance at Tianjin Port.
The cargo departed on time on December 24th, sailing directly to Poti Port in Georgia. We insured the cargo against all marine risks and provided the customer with a complete bill of lading and insurance documentation.
