Spring Road Climbing, Winning the Summit Wanzhi Steel 2025 Team Building Activity Record

The spring breeze blows, and everything revives. In order to enhance team cohesion and inspire employees’ fighting spirit, Wanzhi Steel held a two-day and one-night team building activity with the theme of “Spring Road Climbing, Winning the Summit”. This activity is centered on fun, competition + teamwork. Through a variety of games and challenges, employees can enhance their tacit understanding and combat effectiveness in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Day 1: Happy departure, team ice-breaking

1. Happy departure, code name assembly

In the early morning, the sun was shining brightly, and the bus full of Wanzhi Steel employees drove to the destination. To add fun, everyone played the “code name game” on the bus – everyone gave themselves a unique code name, such as “Tripe”, “Dog Egg”, “Golden Bean”, etc. There was constant laughter and a warm atmosphere along the way.

2. Arrival at the camp and team division

After arriving at the destination, everyone quickly assigned rooms and elected dormitory heads. Then everyone gathered and divided into groups. The two teams were named Qingfeng Team and Lantian Team. The morale of the two teams was high, and they were ready to face the next challenge.

3. Fun competition and teamwork

(1) Frisbee throwing game – precision and coordination

The two teams had to complete the Frisbee throwing within the specified time, which tested the psychological quality and tacit coordination of the team members. The Qingfeng team won the first game with a stable performance!

(2) Straw hat elimination game – strategy and speed

The team members had to quickly flip the straw hats to  find the same objects and eliminate them. The Lantian team successfully counterattacked and won back a city with excellent memory and teamwork!

(3) Stacking letter blocks – balance and patience

Ten blocks were stacked layer by layer, and then the countdown lasted for 10 seconds. It seemed simple, but it actually challenged the patience and stability of the team. In the end, the Qingfeng team won with more stable operations.

(4) Ground curling – tactics and wisdom

The curling competition became the most intense event of the day. The two teams took turns to formulate tactics. The Blue Sky team won with a big advantage with the last throw!

4. Bonfire party, warm moments

As night fell, everyone sat around the bonfire, enjoying barbecue food and sharing their experiences of the day. The company also specially prepared a surprise birthday party for employees who had birthdays recently. The birthday celebrants received unique birthday gifts and also participated in dance and singing performances.

Day 2: Mountaineering challenge, winning the peak

The next afternoon, all members were ready to go and officially started the mountaineering challenge! Each team needs to complete 3 interesting tasks during the mountaineering: Tangram, you draw and I guess, and select members to represent and shout out the goal. We appreciate the wonders of nature along the way and never forget the challenge tasks along the way. The Qingfeng team completed it first with a faster speed.

This “Spring Climbing Competition, Winning the Summit” team-building activity has made every member of Wanzhi Steel deeply appreciate the power of teamwork. In the future, everyone will meet new challenges with greater enthusiasm and firmer faith, and jointly write a new chapter in the company’s development!
