What is Dx51D+AZ150 GI steel?
Dx51D+AZ150 GI steel is a high-formability galvalume steel that complies with EN 10346. It has a yield strength of 140-280MPa and AZ150 double-sided coating (75g/m²/side), and performs well in building roofs, home appliance housings, automotive sheet metal, and other fields.

Characteristic
Excellent corrosion resistance: the coating consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, and the dense oxidized film on the surface can resist the erosion of the atmosphere, rain, humidity, mild acid and alkali. Its rust resistance is 2-6 times higher than ordinary galvanized sheet.
Self-healing of cuts: Aluminum-zinc alloy at the cutting edge will flow to cover the bare metal, reducing the risk of local corrosion.
High-temperature stability: the melting point of aluminum (660 ℃) is much higher than zinc (419.5 ℃), so that the aluminum-zinc coated sheet can withstand temperatures of about 250 ℃, short-term up to 300 ℃ or less, high-temperature environment to maintain structural stability.
Formability: DX51D grade cold rolled steel base, both certain strength and toughness. Can be stamping, bending, stretching and other cold processing, adapted to the manufacture of complex structures.
Weldability: The silicon element in the plating improves the weldability, and by adjusting the process parameters, it can be realized to weld with ordinary steel plate.
Painting performance: the surface oxide film has strong adhesion to the paint, and it is not easy to appear peeling and shedding after painting, and it is easy to adjust the appearance color according to the demand.
