Production steps

Cold rolled sheet is actually processed and rolled on the basis of hot rolled coil, generally hot rolled, pickled, cold rolled such a trilogy.

Stainless steel hot rolled coil → pretreatment (to remove oxidation, and surface stains) → into the cold rolling mill (to form cold rolled sheet) → pickling (to remove surface residues of oxidation and impurities) → annealing (to improve toughness and plasticity) → polishing (to improve finish) → passivation → spraying, plating, etc. (Coloring, Optional) → shear or coiling → packing
