China Steel Futures Price in February 2023

Here are the domestic sales prices of flat steel products in February 2023 (according to the Announcement from Baosteel Co., Ltd.). Please note that prices below are tax-free unless otherwise stated.

1. Hot rolled steel

The base price was raised by 100 yuan/ton.

2. Medium and thick steel plates

The base price was raised by 100 yuan/ton.

3. Pickled steel plates

The base price was raised by 150 yuan/ton.

4. Ordinary cold rolled steel

The base price was raised by 100 yuan/ton.

5. Hot-dip galvanized steel (HDG)

The base price remains unchanged.

6. Electro-galvanized steel

The price of electro-galvanized steel for non-automobile uses is raised by 100 yuan/ton, while the price of that for automotive uses remains unchanged.

7. Galvalume steel (GL)

The base price was raised by 100 yuan/ton.

8. Zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel (ZAM)

The base price was raised by 50 yuan/ton.

9. Color coated steel

The base price was raised by 50 yuan/ton.

10. Electrolytic tinplate/Electrochrome plate

The base price was raised by 150 yuan/ton.
